We are looking for an ambitious, and detail-oriented individual who is looking to join an organization that is making a meaningful difference in the world. Aurora’s Support team helps our clients design and sell better solar by guiding them through the ins and outs of our platform, hosting educational workshops, and addressing their inquiries. As a Solar Customer Support Specialist at Aurora Solar, you will be responsible for making sure all our customers are set up for success by answering product questions and providing best practices. You will also influence our product design and direction by communicating customer requests back to Aurora’s engineering and management teams.
